Springfield Overlay with VÖGELE SUPER 2000-3i and HAMM HD+ 140i | P.H. Broughton Project

P.H. Broughton & Sons paved 1.5 miles of Bruns Street and Chatham Road in Springfield, IL using VÖGELE and HAMM machines. The project marked the company’s 100th anniversary and involved resurfacing a key section of city roadway.

The paving team relied on the VÖGELE SUPER 2000-3i paver and the HAMM HD+ 140i double-drum roller with Hammtronic control. Both machines contributed to consistent compaction and surface quality, even on previously damaged sections.
