Ajay Rai, the Congress state president from Varanasi, held a press conference and the Holkar royal family (descendants of Ahilyabai Holkar) wrote a letter to the Prime Minister and Chief Minister expressing their anguish (2:35-2:45). He accused the Congress of misleading the public with "AI videos" and threatened action (4:47-4:51).

Opposition's Counter-Arguments and Local Voices (8:35-12:58) Ajay Rai challenged CM Yogi to show the preserved statue if it was indeed safe (9:08-9:12). He stated, "यह सरकार ये भाजपा की सरकार पूरी तरीके से विध्वंसकारी सरकार है और तोड़ रही है।" (This government, this BJP government, is a completely destructive government and is breaking things.)
