in this video there are all the Awakenings from the Otsutsuki clan & Ultimate Jutsu from the Naruto Storm Connections game and its movesets too, including Uchiha Madara & Uchiha Obito who have Otsutsuki powers because they both have 9 chakras from Biju's which allows them to enter the Otsutsuki group even though they are both not from that clan.
So in my opinion Uchiha Madara is the only Uchiha who has unique powers, the power he gets from an Uchiha is very different from the Uchiha in general, plus he gets the power of 9 biju's chakras which allows him to get the power possessed by the Otsutsuki clan, and this is also the most unique part. Even though Madara already has the power of all the biju's chakras, Madara still stands out for his uniqueness, and in my opinion Madara is not only the best, but he is also unique.
