Poetry has long provided a way for people to tell stories about who they are and where they come from. But what specific resources does poetry offer to meet the expressive needs of a modern multicultural society like Australia?
In this webinar, we will examine how three contemporary Asian-Australian poets use language in careful and characteristic ways to depict complex dramas of self-discovery, identity, and belonging, revealing how the self cannot be understood apart from the words we use to articulate it.
