1996 to 2005 XK8 / XKR front crossbeam - removal, Refurbishment and refit.
As part of my front suspension overhaul, this is how I removed and refurbished the front crossbeam of my 2004 XKR.
I think this is the first time it has been removed in 17 years. The job was awkward but not as hard as I have feared. A good DIY mechanic should be able to do this.
