AMERICAN REACTS To UK EMS Blue Light Response During Rush Hour

In this video, I react to a UK EMS blue light response. This was very intense! The UK paramedic had to drive an ambulance on the motorway during rush hour. Having to dodge debris on the shoulder of the road, and drive through traffic jams like this has to be very stressful, but he also ends up getting a flat and I wonder what the UK EMS does when this happens?
