Can older guys gain ball speed using www.superspeedgolf.co.uk speed sticks?
Like me are you not getting any younger and you’re starting to see your distance drop off?
I’m pushing 50 now (48 to be exact) and want the try speed training again, but not convinced its the right thing for me. I’ve tried it before and made gains, but also got some negative impact on other parts on my game - mainly my rhythm and specifically my irons.
This time I’m hoping to make gains, but without the negative bit.
This trial will have 1 of 2 outcomes, but which one will I get. Are you of a similar age or just have the same concerns as me? Come along with me, let me know your successes and failures and let’s see if we can do this.
