Three unique sets of twins embark on a journey to find love. From deep emotional bonds to inseparable lifestyles, each pair is heading into the world of dating — with backup, of course.
Megan and Mikayla, twin sisters born with Albinism, have faced lifelong challenges. While Megan is in a relationship, Mikayla is stepping out of her comfort zone to go on a blind date, with her sister and mom secretly watching from across the bar to see how her date reacts to her condition.

Daniel and Derrick from Florida share an intense twin connection, doing everything together and even vetting each other's dates. As Daniel heads into a blind date, Derrick is there too — ready to judge if the guy is truly good enough for his brother.

Miami-based twins Miriam and Michelle, known as the, "Double Dose Twins" do everything together — including maintaining their identical curves and lifestyle. Michelle is going on a blind date with Michael, but he doesn’t know her twin Miriam will be tagging along, testing whether he can handle their inseparable bond. Will they find love at last?
