With the OW100s-inox oil press over 300 different seeds can be processed gently. In addition, the machine impresses with low energy consumption, low volume and a particularly compact design. It is suitable for use in small and medium-sized businesses and can easily be used on mobile markets or in farm shops.

The press unit of the oil press is completely made of stainless steel. All parts can therefore be conveniently cleaned in the dishwasher. The OW100s-inox oil press has a direct drive with special gearing. The absence of a belt drive ensures low power consumption, reliable, low-maintenance operation and a long service life. The speed of the OW100s-inox can be infinitely adjusted by means of a frequency converter. It can be variably adjusted to the respective material to be pressed in order to achieve optimum press results in terms of oil quality and oil yield.

In addition, the OW100s-inox has a variable press gap adjustment. With built-in press head heating and integrated digital temperature monitoring of the press head, the OW100s-inox enables even easier, temperature-accurate cold pressing of valuable oils. So even in unheated environment in markets or in halls a consistent and high-quality oil quality is guaranteed right from the start. The temperature can be controlled and maintained during the entire pressing process, as well as individually regulated for different seeds.

The used screw press allows a gentle cold pressing of cleaned, unpeeled seeds with a maximum residual moisture content of 8 percent. The ingredients of the starting product are almost completely preserved in this type of oil extraction. Depending on the type, purity and density of the seed used, the OW100s-inox can process up to 14 kg of pressed material per hour. The OW100s-inox is self-supporting, without bottom plate with a small width of 25 cm. The advantages are in a simple cleaning of the stand area, as well as the possibility of a space-saving row installation.
