Prestonsburg, KY is the seat of Floyd County with a population of about 3,800. The towns nickname is the star city of eastern Kentucky because there are so many wildly successful country musicians from the Big Sandy Valley where Prestonsburg is located. This video is a mini documentary on the town of Prestonsburg. I didn't grow up there but I have a deep connection to it and want others to go there and experience all it has to offer.
