The Inn at Longshore was once a private estate built in 1890 and is one of the premier locations in Fairfield County to host your wedding, bar/bat mitzvah, corporate holiday party, seminar, company picnic...or to stay in one of our 12, quaint guest rooms. Enjoy golf, sailing, swimming, kayaking, or tennis during your summer stay, or go ice skating in the winter. Handicap accessible to all event space. The guest rooms are located on the second and third floors of the building. Complimentary parking and complimentary continental breakfast 7 days a week. The Inn at Longshore is considered the "Jewel" of Westport, CT and is nestled between an 18-hole golf course and Long Island Sound. Compo Beach

A 29-acre park with an extensive sand beach along the shore of Long Island Sound, bordering the Saugatuck River. It is handicap-accessible with a boardwalk, pavilion, concession stand, two sand volleyball courts, large wooden playscape, bathroom facilities and lockers, and is adjacent to the Ned Dimes Marina.

Lifeguard services are provided from Memorial Day through Labor Day, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

Additional recreational facilites include: softball field, multi-purpose field, two lighted basketball courts, one skate park, open skate area.

A daily fee is charged to park from May 1 through Sept. 30. from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m. All cars must vacate by midnight. Motor vehicles and motorcycles may enter the beach with a valid Parks and Recreation vehicle parking emblem or by paying the daily fee. The daily fee is $30 weekdays, and $50 on weekends and holidays.
