What are my false beliefs of my Identity? Asking Jesus this question can bring freedom to our mind as they are revealed and we shine them away with him. In the Clarification of Terms in the MFT, Jesus says, "There is no need for help to enter Heaven for you have never left. But there is need for help beyond yourself as you are circumscribed by false beliefs of your Identity, which God alone established in reality."
Shannon shares a few insights and exercises that Jesus took her through on her journey. She also opens it up to the group to share.

Meditation is asking a simple question, “Jesus, are you here with me now?” and then allowing him to come into our mind in whatever way is perfect for us.
