Potato cheese bread

Dough recipe

Add 200 ml warm milk to the bowl
Add 1 teaspoon yeast
Add 1 teaspoon sugar
Add salt to taste
Add 1 tablespoon butter
Add 2 cups flour
Knead the dough
Let it rest

Boil the potatoes
Grate 50 grams of cheese and the boiled potatoes
Add salt to taste
Add 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Mix everything well

The dough has risen well
Roll out the dough smoothly
Place the potato and cheese mixture on it
Seal the dough carefully
Roll it out again to flatten

Heat the pan and add a little butter
Place the bread pieces in the pan
Cook well on one side over medium heat
Add more butter and flip the bread
Cook the other side for 4 to 5 minutes on low medium heat

Both sides are nicely cooked
Dish it out onto a plate
This is creamy inside and crispy outside perfect for kids

Simple Cake Recipe
1. Add 1 cup sugar and 3 eggs to the bowl
2. Beat until fluffy and smooth
3. Add half cup oil
4. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
5. Pour in half cup warm milk
6. Add 1 and half cups sifted flour
7. Add 1 teaspoon baking powder
8. Mix everything together thoroughly
9. Grease the mold and place a baking sheet inside
10. Pour the batter into the mold
11. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes

Chicken Curry Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1/3 cup oil
• 1 cup chopped onions
• 2 bay leaves, 2 black cardamoms, black peppercorns, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 cinnamon stick
• 1 tbsp minced garlic
• Chicken pieces
• 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 ½ tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, salt
• Puree of 3 tomatoes + 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tsp paprika powder
• 50ml cooking cream
• Frozen green peas (optional)

Instructions:
1. Heat oil, sauté onions until golden.
2. Add whole spices and garlic; fry until fragrant.
3. Add chicken; brown slightly.
4. Stir in cream and spices; cook well.
5. Add tomato puree, paprika; mix and simmer.
6. After 15 mins, add peas (optional), cook until chicken is tender and sauce thickens.
