How to install a true Beadboard ceiling like a PRO

Here we installed a clear pine 1x4 tongue & groove bead board on a porch ceiling. I really hate to paint a beautiful wood like this, but this is what is on the main house, and we were wanting to match it. We were able to match it up perfectly and will be stunning once the finish coat of paint is applied...as soon as this weather breaks! The crown molding is width is 2.75" and it is also a clear pine. Primed finger jointed wasn't available at my lumber supply when I needed it, so I went with the clear. For the wood primer, I usually go with the Kilz. Its economical and does a really great job. The Graco sprayer did fairly well, even with the primer as thick as it was. I didn't thin it at all. If you have any questions, just hit me up in the comments and I'll try to answer as best I can!
