Healing from childhood trauma is a process that involves the type of training that most people don't associate with inner child healing. In this video, you will learn about ideas you won't hear in trauma therapy. Healing childhood trauma, involves learning to live above the veil of consciousness, while developing self awareness. As self awareness increases, you will also need to remain in a state of presence, allowing what has been denied to come into conscious awareness for the sake of processing.

Healing is a spiraling up and out of the subconscious, while shifting one's identity from the wounded self to the higher self. This can take many months and even years, however, the journey is worth it.
