Эта песня — один из двух дуэтов, которые в 1986 году записали Агнета Фельтског из ABBA и Ула Хоканссон (Secret Service).
К Тиму Нореллу и Уле обратился шведский Олимпийский комитет с просьбой написать песню, которая поможет выиграть Швеции заявку на зимние Олимпийские игры 1992 года.
Тим и Ула предложили поучаствовать Агнете. Как-то вечером они пришли к ней в гости и показали демо-версии двух песен: "The Way You Are" и «Fly Like The Eagle», предложив выбрать какую-нибудь из них для будущего дуэта. А она выбрала обе! К сожалению, Швеция так и не заполучила Зимние Олимпийские игры в тот раз, зато сингл «The Way You Are» с «Fly Like The Eagle» на обратной стороне стал платиновым в Швеции.
Обе песни аранжированы и спродюсированы командой Secret Service в составе: Тим Норелл, Ула Хоканссон, Андерс Ханссон и Матс Линдберг с его великолепной безладовой бас-гитарой.
