Ian Briggs talks about the suicide of his son Gavin. The Child Maintenance Service forced Gavin to take his own life after leaving him with about £150 per month to live on. Gavin is one of many Paying Parents who have been forced to take their own lives as a result of the wrongdoing of the Child Maintenance Service. It is time for a Public Inquiry.
