✔ Travel Time: Islamabad to Mingora (3.5 hrs), Mingora to Kalam (4.5 hrs)
✔ Road Condition: Good overall, except a 13 km under-construction patch due to flood damage
✔ Traffic: Heavy traffic expected in Manglor, Khwazakhela, Madyan, and Bahrain
