So for his wish, the Smyrna police department partnered with Make-A-Wish Georgia and Alabama to make Darrien an honorary police officer. As part of his wish experience, Darrien hit the streets with Smyrna's finest handing out traffice tickets and even slapping handcuffs on a few perps.
