Hollyoaks: Silas Blissitt Scenes - Episode 093 (Final Appearance of Lindsey Roscoe) ('16 Exit)

Silas shoves Mercedes onto the couch. He does a monologue over various shots, he talks about making a wrong turn. He and Mercedes discuss the past. Heid naturally comes up and Mercedes mentions how the dirty cow slept with teenage lads. (So did you, Mercedes! Riley and Gaz were the same age. She just hated Gaz). Anyway, Silas says she only made a mistake. They play chess. He wonders why Mercedes is happy to take care of some random baby but not his great-grandson Bobby. Silas allows her to put JJ to sleep and have a call with Joe. He's ready to kill again and snatches her necklace. He asks who Gabriel is and Mercedes tells him it was her son who died so she doesn't mind dying so she can see him again. This gains some pity points. He admits she has improved and she wants to die more when he says even her clothing is close to looking respectful (I did like that line). Mercedes says she's surprised he's working with a woman and letting him tell him what to do. That's not happening though, she needs him more than he needs her. Mercedes claims Lindsey is the biggest slut in the village. (Citation needed). That she messed around with two brothers (I mean so did you, Mercy but shhhh; it was years ago so it don't count). He's shocked to hear this but Mercedes show him picture proof. Lindsey comes back to see he hasn't killed Mercedes and he's actually turned on her. She tries to plead her case, saying she's a mother. Silas says she's a slut and strangles her offscreen. Somehow, Lindsey has allowed him to do this. Sure it wraps up this storyline nicely but logically, it makes no sense other than plot reasons. Lindsey Roscoe anyway becomes his sixth comfirmed victim and fifth victim onscreen. He's last seen watching Myra, Celine and Tegan coming out of 'The Loft'. I am sorry for the brief shot of John-Paul and Scott by the way but Silas does say sorry for it. So that ends his third stint. 18th May 2016.
