Fishing Like a Boss + 3 am Pizza Dreams!

Did a bit of fishing with our lovely cameraman, short training session, and late 3 am pizza night. More information below!

Some tips for hand fishing 101:
1. Approach Quietly: Move slowly to avoid startling the fish.
2. Be Patient: Wait for the right moment to catch the fish.
3. Use Both Hands: Block their escape route with one hand while grabbing with the other.
3. Act Swiftly and Gently: Grab the fish quickly but gently to avoid startling it.
4. And Lastly, Respect the Environment: Handle the fish with care and release unintended catches back into the water."

Pizza Dough (Makes two semi-large pizzas):
Ingredients:
500g 00 flour
325g lukewarm water
35g olive oil
10g sea salt
45g brown sugar
12g yeast (for quick dough)
Semolina flour for dusting and shaping the dough
