Welcome to our "Heavy Eyelids Sound Bath"! This session was made for those who have insomnia or anyone who wants a little extra help falling to sleep. We used only our four lowest frequency singing bowls, the notes C, D, E, and F for a deeply relaxing sound bath without any high pitches. Enjoy the slow transitions between these heavy notes as the frequencies slow your mind, relax your body and aid you to sleep.
The visual design of this video is based on the passing headlights effect which causes your eyelids to feel oh so heavy 🥱 as those bright lights pass through your field of vision in the night 🌙 In this scenario however, you're perfectly welcome to give in to temptation, letting those heavy eyelids drop as you drift off to a deep, rejuvenating sleep 😴
