Hoy realizamos una ruta espectacular desde Tui hasta Braga, recorriendo parte del norte de Portugal por la autopista A3 y finalizando en el Santuario de Bom Jesús do Monte, uno de los lugares más emblemáticos y visitados de Braga, Patrimonio de la Humanidad.

La ruta comienza al amanecer en Tui, con sus calles tranquilas y la catedral visible desde el inicio. Cruzamos la frontera y tomamos la autopista de peaje A3 hasta Braga, pasando por el peaje de la salida 8 sin detenernos demasiado tiempo.
Al llegar a Braga, seguimos hacia el centro urbano, realizando un recorrido por algunas de sus calles más céntricas. Durante el trayecto mostramos varios monumentos históricos y rincones con encanto, todos visibles desde el coche.

La ruta culmina en la carretera que sube al Bom Jesús do Monte, pasando por el inicio de las escaleras y llegando al parking del santuario, donde hacemos una breve parada y mostramos el santuario desde distintos ángulos. Este tramo final resalta tanto la belleza arquitectónica como los paisajes naturales de Braga.

Una ruta que combina carreteras tranquilas, centros históricos y paisajes únicos, ideal para los amantes de las scenic drives por España y Portugal.

Today we enjoy a beautiful drive from Tui (Spain) to Braga (Portugal) along the A3 toll highway, finishing at the Bom Jesus do Monte Sanctuary, one of Braga’s most iconic landmarks. UNESCO World Heritage.

We start at sunrise in Tui, crossing the border into Portugal and taking the A3 highway to Braga, including the toll.
Upon arrival, we drive through Braga city center, showing the charming streets and some historic monuments visible from the car.

The route ends on the road ascending to Bom Jesus do Monte, passing the famous staircase entrance and reaching the sanctuary parking, where we stop briefly and show the sanctuary from different viewpoints. The final segment highlights both architectural beauty and the natural landscapes of Braga.
