Disused Kelmarsh to in-use Leicester Locomotive Depot

On the 3rd January 2024 I teamed up with Steven Cook from Down the line rail to create the first railway adventure of the year. It's a video of two halves where we start at the Disused Kelmarsh Station, Aviation Fuel depot and railway tunnels which are situated along the dismantled Northampton to Market Harborough railway line (Now the Brampton Valley Way). I managed to get some scenes from Sky-eye and pass on the knowledge of what Jamie Brady ‪@Wandering_Womble‬ has taught me.
Steven and I then followed the dismantled railway into Market Harborough, where Steven treated me to a train ride to see the fleet of legendary locomotives, lined up at Leicester Locomotive Inspection Point. A Class 73 Test Train rolls through which happened to be Steven's first sighting.
Dismantled Railways and Modern Railways, what a perfect way to start the year.
