🍽️ Recipe & Ingredients:
📌 PALAK PANEER RECIPE
Boil one bag of spinach leaves in water
Blend with green chillies and cashews
Saute onion until brown and add the spinach blend
Add 1/2 tsp of garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder and red chilly powder
Add 2tbsp butter and crushed kasuri methi
Boil for few minutes and add the paneer cubes
Add heavy cream

📌 How to make Ragda Chaat at home
RAGDA CHAAT RECIPE
Boil overnight soaked white peas(batani) with potatoes
Saute onion and tomato
Add the potatoes then white peas
Add 1tsp chaat masala, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder and red chilly powder
Cover and boil for 10 minutes
Garnish with onion, tomato, chutneys and sev

LEMON SODA
Salt, ice, lemon and sparkling water.
Garnish with mint leaves
