8.5 by 11 inch paper
On the 11 inch side score at 3 inches and 8 inches
On the 8.5 inch side score at 3 inches and 5.5 inches

For the purse flap:
Template 3.5 by 4 inches
score on the 3.5 inch side at 1.5 inches and 2 inches
score on the 4 inch side at 3 1/4 inches
punch holes at the cross sections

Flap
3.5 inches by 4 inches
score on the 4 inch side at 1.5 inches and 2.5 inches
