Exploring Pedals - TC Electronic Flashback 2

The TC Electronic Flashback 2 is a very versatile delay pedal and looper. In this video I will show my favorite sounds with each delay mode. The modes range from classic delay types like analog and tape, to ones that add some modulation to your sound like modulated delay and crystal delay.

The Mash function is an expressive tool which does something different for each delay mode. I used it with the first 3 modes. With the 2290 delay it creates a hold effect, with the analog delay it boosts feedback and turns down delay time which causes self-oscillation and with the tape delay it controls the delay time and boosts the feedback to create a space echo feedback sound.

Controls

Delay: controls the delay time
Feedback: controls how long the repeats last
Level: controls the output level
Subdivision switch: lets you toggle between quarter note, dotted eight or quarter note + dotted eight subdivision
