Ingredients for Original Non alcoholic Plum cake :-

250 ml measuring cup

Soaking

1 cup dry fruits ( 1/3 cup raisins +
1/3 cup tutti fruity +
1/3 cup mixed berries , apricots, figs etc) feel free to use any dry fruits or dates of ur choice
1/3 cup glazed cherries
orange zest
3/4 cup orange juice or pineapple juice or grapes juice

Caramel Syrup

1/2 cup sugar + 1/2 cup hot

For the batter
***************
soaked dry fruits
cashews broken 1/2 cup
mixed nuts 1,1/2 tbsp ( optional )
Maida 3 tbsp

100g butter
1/2 cup powdered jaggery or 1/2 cup brown or white sugar
3 eggs
1tbsp jam or any preserve
caramel syrup
vanilla essence
soaked juice
Maida 1cup + 2 tbsp ( 160g total )
baking powder 1tsp
baking soda 1/8 tsp
Ginger powder 1/8 tsp
nutmeg powder 1/8 tsp
cloves powder 1/8 tsp
cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
salt
