"Over 2013, I was experimenting a lot with live electronics and looping, having built up my first rig of analogue and digital gear separate from the computer. For a time I forced myself to not record any of this properly, just to experience it as it happened. So during this time, when I was having a good jam, I would just hit record on the crap tape recorder I had set up on the other side of the room. I did this for a year. This meant that any other noises in the room, conversations etc were also on the tape, which I love. This is one side of that tape, no editing.

The last track is the only thing I ever developed on further from the tape.
