There are a number of Elegoo Saturn 4 Manual Bed Leveling videos, but many of them fail to tell you to loosen the 4 set screws BEFORE leveling. Be sure to loosen those 4 screws first.
Once in the calibration process
turning the screw right - tightens the screw - but raises the bed to reduce resistance
turning the screw left - loosens the screw - lowers the bed to increases resistance
