Honda CBX Alternator Rebuild - Fixing Factory Defects

The Honda CBX restoration continues with rebuilding the alternator. This is a pretty complex unit that uses a clutch style attachment to prevent damaging the alternator itself. In this video I go through the entire process and show the key areas of focus like resurfacing the plates, replacing bearings, and testing components.
