This is the third secret level of World 4... yes... third. Worlds 4 and 5 have a total of 3 secret levels instead of 2. This allows us to get two stages of each "style" which covers both the regular, and escape music for every stage theme.
Prism Prison is not particularly an exciting stage... It is actually rather dull and stands out as one of the most boring stages in the game, to me at least. I suppose that sort of atmosphere does go with the music, though...
Once again the speed mission is set up to not be possible when doing the collection missions... so best just do all the easy stuff in the first run, then save the speed mission for a second run. After all, trying to do that one as well as "Complete the stage without using the checkpoint" would be a real pain.
World 4's boss is next!
