Early snowfall has helped Heinen Motorsports in Osseo, which endured a lack of snow the previous two winters. Jordan Deutscher said his store has sold 60 snowmobiles so far, a 50 percent increase over this time last year. The Twin Cities northwest suburbs have seen about 17 inches of snow so far this season, which is about average.
