Watch this before you buy SNAIL MUCIN essence 🐌 | KOREAN SKIN CARE


MY OPINION: 
If you're someone who is looking for a product that can transfrom your skin, then this is not for you. Coz this product can only hydrate and moisturise your skin instantly but can't transform your skin by targeting your major skin concerns like acne, dark spots, or pigmentation. 

But if you're someone like me who is willing for delayed gratification, then you can choose this product for its long term benefits, like anti-ageing. Mucin is well known for it's hydration and moisturising action. Anything that moisturises and hydrates your skin will reduce dryness, eventually preventing wrinkles and fine lines and thus delaying aging. Also, if you're someone like me who is fond of moisturiser more than anything, you might like this. Otherwise, this product might disappoint you.
 
CONS:
❌️ Not for sensitive skin and acne-prone skin : 
The structure of mucin is basically a protein core with a branching sugar and fatty acids. But it's not as simple as I say. There are huge structural differences between each mucin in its side chain and cross-linking, thus creating extensive biological diversity and physical characteristics.

The fatty acid (lipid) in mucin can aggravate acne and may not suit sensitive skin either.

❌️Bit expensive: Rs. 1450 

❌️The efficacy of the ingredient is affected by the untrained filtration and purification processes. Efficacy is also uncertain due to its structural variation.
 
WIll I REPURCHASE AGAIN?:
