In this video I cover the Carrick bend. While this knot/bend is not all that popular for work with paracord, it does have its uses! In fact it is a great tool to have if you work with rope a lot.
The knot is also known as the Josephine knot and the Double coin knot.
So in this video I cover the uses for the Carrick bend, how to tie it and a bit extra as well :).
