Chapter 2 of Juvenile Justice Act, 2015 - General Principles of Care and Protection of Children

Chapter 2 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection) elaborates general principles of care and protection of Children. These principles are to be observed with both children who are in need of care and protection and also for those children who are in conflict with law.
These principles should be taken into account by Central Government, State Government, Boards and Agencies during the implementation of the Act.
