This is the final Mini-Game that you are able to unlock in Mario Party 2, this Mini-Game is unlocked by doing the following:
1: Play all 6 Game Boards at least ONCE
2: Buy EVERY Mini-Game
3: Play the Mini-Game coaster at least TWICE (One on normal, and one on hard)
4: Buy the Item and Battle Mini-Games
This usually takes around 7-8 hours to complete.
