BULLET CHICKEN SIZZLER RECIPE :

Ingredients :
Flour 3 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Egg 1
Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
Oil ½ cup
Chopped ginger garlic 2 tbsp
Sesame seeds 1 tsp
Capsicum cut into cubes 1
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Green chili sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
Baking powder ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black drink (soft) 1 can
Green chilies chopped 2
Spring onion leaves chopped 2 tbsp

METHOD :
Mix flour, corn flour, salt, black pepper, egg, and boneless chicken cubes in a bowl and make dumplings. Heat oil in a pan ½ cup, add 2 tbsp chopped ginger garlic paste, and fry till light golden, add sesame seeds, capsicum cubes, all the sauces, crushed red pepper, baking powder, and salt, and mix, now add the fried dumplings. Heat the sizzler plate, add chicken, pour ½ glass of black soft drink sprinkle with green chilies and fried onion, and serve immediately.

BUTTER CHICKEN BURGER RECIPE :

Ingredients for Sauce :
Tomatoes 4
Cashew nuts 20
Butter 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp
Garlic cloves 12
Chili powder 1 tsp
Allspice 1 tsp
Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Cream 3 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Salt ½ tsp

Ingredients for Chicken :
Chicken fillets 1 kg
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper as required
chili flakes 1 tsp
Flour ½ cup
Pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Beaten eggs 2
Panko bread crumbs 1 packet

To Assemble the Burger :

Burger buns apply with butter 4
Mayonnaise as required
Lettuce leaves as required
Fried chicken pieces 1 packet
Makhana sauce as required
Onion rings as required
Top portion of buns to cover
Fries to serve

METHOD :
Make butter sauce by cooking together tomato, cashew nuts, and butter, add in garlic cloves, chili powder, allspice, kasuri methi, sugar, vinegar, cream, and remaining butter, cook well till tomatoes are soft and then add 1 cup water, salt, cook on low flame, remove, cool and grind, sieve on a filter. Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, and chili flakes, dip in flour mixed with salt and pepper, roll with marinated pieces, dip in beaten add, coat in crushed panko bread crumbs, then deep fry in oil, and assemble as shown.
