This trip was a perfect blend of adventure and serenity, made even better by our friend Kenny, who lives there and showed us all the island's hidden treasures. We spent our days swimming in crystal-clear lakes and the ocean, exploring lush temperate rainforests, and experiencing the thrill of seeing humpback whales breach right before our eyes. We also had the unique opportunity to explore his mother-in-law's fairy tale, Hobbit-like home and enjoy the unique charm of the local community.
