Simple weathering of 37114 & 40155. Bogies have just been lightly sprayed with burnt umber, which is virtually the same colour as sleeper grime (and a fraction of the cost!). The roof and vents have been sprayed with a matt black. Both acrylic paints so can be washed off if needed. The Railtec transfers do have a habit of peeling off, especially if left in sunlight, but a bit of weathering overspray seems to help to stop the peel. I know you can varnish them but that tends to look naff unless you varnish the whole loco. All done with a cheap £25 airbrush from Ebay.
