Beach ride at Reen manor in Cornwall

Not all my videos will have music, it just depends on how I feel about the video.

I went for a beach ride at Reen manor in Perranporth, Cornwall. I rode a lovely horse called Eric. Reen Manor riding stables is stables that locals go too day to day, however holidays makers can enjoy one of their beach rides, dune rides, pubs rides, etc.

My rating: 4 stars.

The beach was lovely to ride on and some of the scenery was impressive. They were very good in letting you know when a narrow gate or a hill was about to come up or when we were about to trot. They were generally nice people as well.

However the reason why they are only getting four stars is because I think they could have done better with choosing the correct horses for the ride. Eric was 17 hands and the leaders horse was about 14.3/15 hands and as they insisted that everyone stayed in single file that made it hard for Eric as you may seeing in the video he is often right up the lead horses bum. I think he was also getting frustrated by that which is why I decided not to canter.

I however I do recommend this place as I generally had a nice ride but if you do go and you want to canter then I suggest you explain to them what kind of horse you like to ride and even give a height preference too.
