Disclaimer: This setup makes use of CS/SQ reviving as a mechanical exploit/quirk to force the fight into a shorter turn count than would otherwise be possible. CS/SQ reviving interrupts the enemy Moriarty from order changing into the backline when he normally would.
CS/SQ use is normally off-limits, obviously, but I make an exception in cases like these (see also: setups that use revives against scripted fights to prevent them from ending e.g. scripted Kirschtaria).
Also, consider this: I think it's funny.
