At just 13 years old, Yeewong was diagnosed with aggressive leukemia—a battle that shook her world and tested her in every possible way. While most teenagers were dreaming of the future, she was fighting to have one. Through grueling treatments, endless hospital visits, and moments of deep fear, she held on—with courage, with quiet strength, and with the unwavering love of her family by her side. They were her anchor, her light, and her reason to keep going.
Today, at 24, Yeewong stands not just as a survivor, but as a symbol of resilience. She has chosen to serve in the health department, dedicating her life to helping others—because she knows what it feels like to be on the other side. Her journey from a fragile patient to a fierce professional is not just inspiring—it’s a testament to the human spirit, to the power of love, and to the miracles that come when you never give up.
