It's basically Fallen Down with the "A Good Old Song (Flute room music)" and "Working... Please Wait" leitmotifs from Yume Nikki.
There's a bit of lore behind this, is something I created as a test of how the new Soundtrack from the mod is going to be, I know it isn't actually that good but at least I tried.
btw this is supposed to play in diarytale v0.05 after you spare toriel
