PDD, Temu stock scares me. PDD stock is as transparent as a fogged up window

Temu stock scares me. PDD is a fast growing company but can they be trusted to invest in them? I investigate PDD stock and come across some disturbing information. Is PDD the shadiest publicly traded E-commerce company?

PDD has an organizational chart with multiple subsidiaries without explaining them.
PDD has very few mentions of Temu in the annual report
PDD financial statements are consolidated statements that provide no detail. Country or geographic sales are not shows as well as no information on Temu's sales or financial information.

The lack of detailed reporting makes one wonder whether there are huge secret shareholders, perhaps Chines communist party officials?

The lack of geographic financials or website specific information indicates perhaps that some of the regions or websites are doing poorly in some regions. Others have stated maybe Temu is dumping goods under cost in certain markets and is trying to avoid lawsuits. Also perhaps it is trying to avoid lawsuits regarding forced labor allegations.

PDD has twelve former communist party officials in leadership roles which may actually be a great thing in China.

PDD has not had a CFO and has a vice president of finance that has been taking care of financials.

If the numbers are to be believed PDD has had very strong sales and net income growth over the years. Whether this is from China sales or other places remains a mystery.

Investing in PDD is like investing in a mystery price box because what is inside is a mystery.
