The ad 100 it is a compact and powerful flash. If you want to start using flash off camera and keep your set up portable and compact this flash will work perfectly for you.
Because of its small size it works great with small modifiers and today I will show you what kind of results you should expect to get using a small 24” soft box, magbounce ,godox small dome and the Profoto Magnum reflector .Yes the Profoto click accessories work with Godox round head flashes.
There are 2 scenarios using flash
When the flash it is the only source of light in the scene and when there is ambient light and the flashes the second source
These modifiers work good if you use them for the right scenario.
As the only light in the scene we tend to go with softer light because is more flattering
When you have ambient light and use your flash for fill light the smaller modifiers works great because you get more punch and hard light will give you more color saturation and contrast .
