This short animated video is inspired by Leah Dou’s Bear.
It tells a small story about a bear going on a field trip with friends—
a simple outing that slowly reveals how habitual responsibility
can turn into a self-made weight.
The bear’s heavy backpack becomes a metaphor
for the imagined burdens we keep adding to ourselves.
The story suggests that much of this heaviness
comes from our own minds—
from the illusion that we must always carry more.
Once we put those worries down,
things become lighter than we think.
Sometimes, all we need is to loosen the grip
and see the world with a softer heart.
