Fendrihan Bloor Razor

Q: The description says that this razor has a brass head and handle. Does "head" include the base plate and cap, or just one? I ask because your razors that are 100% stainless steel are described as such. Or is this razor not 100% brass?

A: The head includes the base plate and cap. It is all 100% brass coated in chrome.
