Manifestors, known as Innovators in Leadership Human Design, make up about 8% of the population. They are here to bring in big, innovative ideas. They are the only Leadership Type that is designed to initiate. Builders/Generators are designed to respond to requests on their energy. Guides/Projectors are designed to wait for invitations for their wisdom and guidance. Evaluators/Reflectors are designed to wait for at least a month to see the bigger trends and patterns.

But Manifestors/Innovators are here to get things started. When something is correct for them, they'll feel a spark of energy pulling them in that direction and giving them the energy to get it started. And they are meant to follow that spark. Yet, most were "trained" to be Builders/Generators at a young age: to raise their hand before speaking, to wait in line, etc.

That's not their nature. Their nature is to initiate others into the ideas. Yet, they are often either operating as Generators or initiating without giving others enough information, resutling in meeting a lot of resistance.

It's important for them to let others know as many details as possible about what they're doing and why. Specifically, this gives Builders something more clear and tangible to respond to. It's also helpful to share their ideas with Guides/Projectors first because Guides understand how much energy is available in an Individual or Group and how to share the idea in a way it can properly responded to.

Then the correct Builders will bring their energy to the innovative idea, releasing resistance. This is how Manifestors are designed to collaborate and create abundance.
