Strap in, this week's video is a long, and in-depth one, that goes over the entire process behind making a stoneware teapot. Parts thrown on the potter's wheel, then assembled, handle pulled, and so on.

My wadding recipe is: 50% china clay/kaolin, 50% coarse alumina hydrate. Mix together slowly and then combine with water very slowly, as it seems to turn to a liquid very easily, so add less than you think.
The gas kiln is a Rohde KG-340, and my potter's wheel is a Rohde HMT 500.
